Quality Control Advanced Precision is presently certified and registered with the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system standard and the ISO 13485:2003 medical device industry standard. We believe that control of all aspects of the process is the key to 100% performance. A keen awareness of the aspects which need prediction, control, monitoring and prevention has resulted in a comprehensive and impressive manufacturing facility. The quality planning process begins as soon as a purchase order is received. Our initial review of quality requirements and quality planning methods are comprehensive. All aspects of each job are reviewed to account for every step of the manufacturing process and to insure that all requirements can be met before process design and manufacturing begin. Advanced Precision's team of fully trained and qualified personnel use the latest processes to insure every product is fully certified and traceable per customer requirements, including records of manufacturing, special processes and traceability all the way back to raw materials. Advanced Precision has developed leading edge quality control and inspection to ensure the highest level of quality in finish, fit, function and accuracy to within 0.00005 of an inch. We have a vast inventory of gages to meet a wide range of part configurations to insure the high precision and tight tolerance machining of even the most difficult to manufacture parts. All of our gages and measuring devices are maintained and calibrated to the National Bureau of Standards procedures. The end result is a quality standard suitable for even the most stringent requirements. |
